sorry for late reply love!

do not do lunges or squats a lot for losing fat on thighs, better with cardio like running, jumping jacks, oblique twists :)

crunches, reverse and oblique ones. bicycle ones too. russian twists are great and pelvic thrusts are great for lower tummy.

eat clean! swap white for brown (bread rice etc)

blueberries are great for slimming the tummy! best of luck! <3
