&lt;p&gt;do not do lunges or squats a lot for losing fat on thighs, better with cardio like running, jumping jacks, oblique twists :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;crunches, reverse and oblique ones. bicycle ones too. russian twists are great and pelvic thrusts are great for lower tummy.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;eat clean! swap white for brown (bread rice etc)&lt;/p&gt;
